Old version of XD (31.1) can't update to 31.2

Hello,

 

I've tried to share my document with my friend developper who also downloaded Adobe XD, but he can't open my document because "I use an old version of XD".

 

I checked for update in creactive cloud, and XD seems to be updated, but in reality not (my friend can use 31.2). How can I fix it ?

 

PS : I'm on MacOS 10.13, but this OS seems to be compatible with XD if I refer to support information...

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try updating the app by following the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html

 

If you are still unable to update the app, please uninstall XD using Adobe Cleaner Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

 

Once uninstalled, please re-install the application from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app and let us know how it goes.
