Hi..

I've created a 1366 wide artboard, the same as my monitor resolution. But when I preview it, the preview seems to be scaled down. How to make the preview the actual size?

I'm on windows.

Thanks

    Hey there,

Is that a default layout artboard (phone, web etc) or have you customized it?

A default layout artboard tends to retain it default size even if you customize the height and width ratio.

Best would be to draw a custom artboard and then assign your preferred with and height to it.

    Hi Meigire,

Would it be possible to share your file with us for testing? You can upload your file to a shared location such as CC and send the link to me over a private message. To send a private message, click my picture and use the Message button.

    Thanks,

    Hi Preran,

Just create any xd file, set the art board width the same as your screen width. Then preview it.

The preview should be the same width as your screen right? But it don't. So it must be scaled down.

    Thanks
