Problem with preview tool

Hey, i have a little problem with preview, when I open artboard which is 1366px width the preview shows artboard in 100% size so i can scrool to the end of artboard (first attachment) but when i do the same with 1920px width artboard the preview shows it in 1:1 ratio (second attachment).

Am i doing something wrong or maybe thats just how preview works with larger artboards?

Okey dont know why but in the 1920px artboard there was missing viewport anchor so i had to create new artboard and now everything is ok.
