XD Prototype Overlay Function Unable to view on Win 10 Browser.

Hello XD Tech or Anyone,

          Please guide me through how to have overlay function viewed on Win10 internet browser and thank you all.  Why the overlay function enables to view on XD, but published to CC and couldn't see it on browser.
