XD won't launch since MacOS BigSur update

Hi all,

I updated my mac to macOS BigSur and XD crashes every time I try to open a file or create a new one. I send a few log files via Log Collector. You guys have a plan to fix it? I don't want to try to downgrade my OS.
PS: I removed and re installed XD, nothing has changed.

Cheers,
Mehmet

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please update XD to the latest version which is 35.1 and let us know if it works or if you need any further assistance.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try re-installing the application and check how it works? In case if this doesn't work, please collect and share system logs by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

Regards

Hi,

I already did both, but time is running out. It's been 4 days since I cannot open my design files. I wonder how you guys didn't properly test CC products for the macOS update?
