AIR 3.8/3.9 and Windows 8/8.1 MOUSE_MOVE and TOUCH_MOVE not working on desktop application

I'm trying to get more awareness for this issue. Desktop applications on Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 will and are breaking.

We have not seen any movement or acknowledgement of this bug and it is very concerning.

We can't really tell clients to not update their OS or AIR.

Please help spread the word.

For what it's worth, this should be fixed in the next release. Unfortunately, it just missed our last public beta release. If you'd like to give this a try, shoot me an email (ccampbel@adobe.com) and I'll do what I can to give you a private test build.
