Hi,

I'm working on an iOS app that lets users edit images. (iOS 8, iPhone, Air 15)

Is it possible to load an image from the camera roll without any interaction by the user?

(For example, I would like to show the latest taken image if a user launches the app)

Thanks

Seems this impossible. because it's privacy violation. Message about user must allow this - it's iOS and not AIR.

P.S. update your Adobe AIR package. It's outdated as an old cat. use labs.adobe.com

if you want to show the latest taken image, you'd have to save it to the app's documents directory and load from there on app startup. I believe you can't access camera roll w/o user interaction
