We noticed this earlier today too.  We've reached out to the bugbase team and they are working to resolve it asap.

I tried to enter a bug today but the bug report form always yields a captcha code error. I cannot update the captcha field either (request generation of a new code). IE10.

Could you please try out with compatibility mode turned off on IE? Also, we heard back from bugbase team that Chrome and FF should be rendering everything correctly, could you please share screenshots?

Thanks as it turned out this is an issue with IE only, in Firefox the form works correctly.
