Hi,

I upgraded Air from 1.5.x to 2.0.3, but failed with error #2038.

After that I have uninstalled the adobe air and did a re-installation, but got the same error again.

Anyone can help me with this problem?

Thanks

Hi,

I'm sorry you're running into problems with the runtime installer.  Can you check to see if you have either of the following directories:

/User/[your username]/Library/Application Support/Adobe

/User/[your username]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AIR

If so, please set the following directories to be owned by your UserId and not root.  Please let me know if that helped.

Thanks,

Chris
