Hi,
I made a game using the AIR SDK for iPhone. There are several background musics playingduring the game, which is mainly a static adventure game. The problem is that on my iPod Touch 4, using retina display, the music is crackling regularly. It is MP3 data, compressed to 48bps.
On my iPhone 3GS and iPad 1, it seems to run fine. It looks like the crackling happens more every time I display a big sprite or something that causes the screen to refresh.
I just tested with AIR 3.0 RC, and it is still the same. Do you know if there is a way to prevent this from happening?
Thank you very much!
Frédéric
Edit: I'm using CPU mode, and have to. 😉
