Eizo ColorNavigator6 Initialization Error

New Here ,
Aug 05, 2018 Aug 05, 2018

I am unable to launch the Eizo ColorNavigator6 application that is needed to calibrate my Eizo CS2420 monitor. The app uses Adobe AIR and I have tried upgrading AIR to the latest version but it hasn't worked. Am currently running Windows 10 64 bit Home version.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the Colornavigator app and AIR but it hasn't helped. I still am faced with an initialization error message.

Hi, did you ever get that fixed? for the benefit of others its likely the fact you've not got a USB cable plugged in so thatColorNavigator6 can access the hardware? That’s normally the issue

does that sound right?

I hope this works for you

if so, please "like" my reply and if you're OK now, please mark it as "correct", so that others who have similar issues can see the solution

thanks
