Guideline 4.1 - Design - Copycats

Hi,

I am trying to upload my eighteenth app, but Apple rejected because of copycats. I can't understand this situation. I just upload a new app to Apple and it is on sale. But The other app is'nt accepted. I changed my icons, but it didn't work. It says;

"Your app or its metadata appears to contain misleading content.

Specifically, your app includes content that resembles Terakki Vakfı without the necessary authorization.

Please see attached screenshot for details."

What can I do?

Is the Terakki Vakfi app yours? If yes provide them with documents which prove your case. If it is not and your app is close to that, they will make you change parts of your app. Unfortunately this happens some times. We had to make drastic changes to apps we did for customers, before Apple allowed us to upload.
