how do I install AIR 4 SDK and compiler into my flash pro cs6? (I've already downloaded it)

I downloaded AIR 4 for windows and AIR SDK and compliler but am unsure on how to install it in my flash pro 6 so that I may use it for publishing applications.

Inside Flash Professional CS6 there should be a Help menu. Maybe it’s different on Windows? If you do find the Help menu inside Flash Pro, that’s where you manage the AIR SDKs.
