Lightroom 3,2 Windows 7, inactivates Defender

I installed Lightroom 3,2  64 bit on Windows 7. Microsoft Defender was inactivated and could not be activated again. When I remade it I found that Defender was inactivated already after extracting the Lightroom files.  Anybody having a solution?
