Need release notes for SDK beta 3.8.0.900

The link to the release notes for the latest July 9th AIR SDK 3.8 beta v3.8.0.900 is essentially an empty PDF.

Hopefully we can get a change log of what was changed from the last beta at least?

Thanks a lot Also would be nice if users can know what was fixed or enhanched in any new drops Because they asking me always about that and I don't know how to answer

For example people see some Math boost but they don't know if Math was updated or not. BitmapData return width/height faster - but they don't know if it have caching of sizes and code it itself. But if it already done... users don't know Also they trying to avoid some fuctions or methode due it performance. But after some time they see - it was updated and boosted. And ofcoarse about this they will never know because Release notes always inform about new features. But not small enhancements.
