Using Adobe 9 with Stellent 7.11

Files made with Acrobat Distiller 8.1.0 (Windows) convert without issue in our CMS (using Stellent 7.11), but files made with Acrobat Distiller 9.3.3 (Windows) result in indexing errors. If anyone can explain why this is and if there is any way to correct this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

You've reached the Adobe AIR forums, would you mind reposting your issue on the Adobe Acrobat forums?  I believe there's a specific forum for the Windows Distiller Server if that would be most applicable.
