I'm trying to install Hovercam software in my orginization and I cannot get the software to launch on Win 7, although XP works fine
I get the error that Adobe Air Debug stopped working instantly after launching the program
I'm using the 3.7 beta of AIR but the same error is produced on the 3.6 version, the 3.0 version crashes out without an AIR error
The MSI and EXE provided by the company both produce the same error
We are a Novell shop but all our workstations run Windows, I'm not trying to distribute the application yet, just a simple install
A dmp file can be found here from my attempts to launch
https://www.dropbox.com/s/0sv8q5rwssc2pqj/Hovecam%20Dmp.zip?m
The software can be downloaded for free from here

Any assistance or input would be helpful

The error is being caused by vdpsrc.dll which is a VDP Filter for Intel PROSet\Wireless Bluetooth and causes a conflict.
To correct this issue, you can contact support or you can do the following steps: excerpt from http://www.thehovercam.com/support/knowledgebase/28-flex-installation-crash
(The file is located at c:\progam files\Motorola\Motorola\blutooth\vdpsrc.dll on your system) For anyone else that may encounter this:
After it is renamed, try the HoverCam Flex application again.
If the file does not show after performing the above search, do the following steps:
Scroll down until you see the file vdpsrc.dll and rename it to vdpsrc.dll00.
Hit enter and re-launch the Flex application.
