ジョイントフリーズを編集したい

Animate超初心者です。

「クラゲのアニメーション」で使い方を学んでいます。

【6/12  触手の末端を固定されたピンに変換】でジョイントをフリーズを

有効にしたいのですが、ON・OFFの編集できる表示なりません。

現状、メッシュのチェックとボーンタイプの硬い・柔らかいしか編集できません。

原因を教えていただけますでしょうか。

The post (roughly) translated:

I want to enable it, but there is no display that allows me to edit ON/OFF.
Currently, you can only edit the mesh check and bone type hard/soft.

Looks like the properties window is cutting-off for some reason.

Edit: The issue seems to be related to Windows Display scaling. Set the scale to 100%. Any other value may cause problems:
