2023 Asset Warp tool is still buggy.
1. The 'compressed bug' that was a problem in the previous version still exists
-> When holding and dragging a bone, the bone is compressed and distorted as much as the mouse cursor moves.
The skeleton must retain its shape. When this problem occurs, continuous animation work is impossible. There is no reason to use an armature in the Asset Warp tool!
2. If you use the Asset Warp tool, you cannot use the parent layer function.
This is a feature used in version 21.
This function cannot be used after version 22.
Even in version 23, if you still use the Asset Warp tool, you cannot properly utilize the parent function.
If you use the parent layer function, you can check the strangely deformed child layer.
This is a problem that could not be found in version 21.
In version 21, the position of the center point of the child layer worked correctly,
It doesn't work on version 23. I don't know how the parents work.
(The 'Scale, Skew and Flip in Parenting' function in the layer parent function does not change either on or off)
(** Version 21.)
It is true that the 2023 version has been upgraded more than the 2019 version. It's also well optimized, so we can work faster.
If the above issues are fixed then the Asset Warp tool will be the perfect tool!
I hope the parent problem and the skeleton problem are resolved as soon as possible!
Agreed and rest assured we've raised these points to the devs as well in the Prerelease forums. These bugs are well known by now and hopefully we will see them fixed in future releases.
