A bunch of tools are missing!

I recently got adobe animate, and a lot of the tools are missing. No primitive rectangle, no circle, no other stuff. I pressed on the 3 dots under all the tools and it opened up a menu that said "drag and drop tools. But most of the tools were greyed out.

Any that are grayed out are already in the existing set. Can you show a screenshot of what appears above the three dots, before you click on them?
