a REALLY REALLY WIERD BUG. I'm not sure even how to describe this one?

So i was drawing a poorly done parody of a mlp pony, and I noticed that as i was zoomed in on the lower section of the blue circle (see photo) the ears decided to not only multiply but spread themselves out and some had fill and some didn't. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling animatecc, running a virus scan, restarting my computer, etc. but i keep getting these wierd bugs. Anyone have any solutions? Simular experiances?Capture.JPG

That's very bizarre. My gut suspects your video card. Are you on Mac or Win? Is your video driver up to date?
