Accessibility Panel in Animate CC?

Is there still an Accessibility panel in Adobe Animate CC?

I can add accessibility with a Movie Clip instance name, or through ActionScript, but this help document (when you scroll down) says there is an accessibility panel under Window > Other Panels > Accessibility. Is this page just wrong?

The Accessibility panel has been moved in Animate to a section of the Properties window, and it's only available for AS3 projects. HTML5 Canvas does not support accessibility features.

OK, I have a follow-up question from here in the far futre of mid-2025. Is this still a thing? We're trying to assign tab order to some SWF input fields and cannot seem to find this *anywhere* in Animate CC 2024. 😬

Welp, all I have to do is post on the internet so I can look like a dumb-ass when I find the answer! It's under the Object area of the Properties of the field.
