Action Script 3 - Where to learn?

I am brand new to this forum so please be understanding if this question has already been asked.
Where can I learn Action Script 3.0? I am a lynda.com subscriber and am watching the tutorials under the essential training for action script. I have a basic understanding of Flash and want to develop my action script skills so that I can make interactive presentations. Are there better sites out there to look at? Any popular forums I might be missing? Are their good articles or white papers available? Are there books that are the "Bible" of action script development I can purchase? Basically, how do I learn from scratch?
By the way, I am currently developing in CS3. I have not made the upgrade to CS4 yet.
Thanks in advance for any assistance or advice. I look forward to using this forum in my educational process.

the flash help files are pretty good: programming actionscript 3.0
after running through that, or concomitantly, check www.senocular.com's tutorials.

These are not too bad, depending upon the style of learning and the speed you like:

However they may not have CS3 videos, you'll have to check.
