adobe animate 2018 can't download

i only want animate 2018, the new versions suck ass, did they really remove the function to get it. if so how do i get a refund and does anyone know a good website to pirate it from?

    thanks, but it gets stuck on "loading doccument templates", how do i fix this

    I'm sorry, but can't help you further.

    It works fine here on my machine, but the installation is quite old.

    If you have an old installation on your old machine you can try to copy config files from it to see if that will help go past the 'document templates'.
