Adobe Animate Brush Lagging

While trying to draw with my tablet (happens same with the mouse) the brush lags for a bit before going back to drawing normally

green line = what should've been drawn

black line = what is drawn

help? also its the latest version of the program

Can you provide us with more information on the device you are using, the OS and its version? Also, please ensure that you have updated all your computer's graphic card drivers by visiting the manufacturer's site.
