Adobe Animate CC 2018 Will Not Start On My Computer; It Crashes On Launch Page When “Loading Document Templates”

I got Adobe Animate on my other windows PC a couple of days ago, and I liked it so much that I got it on my more portable laptop so I could animate on the go. I downloaded it and I tried to open it, and it crashed when “loading document templates“. I have done EVERYTHING to fix this, and nothing has helped. I looked on the adobe forum already and I tried the creative cloud cleaner tool, I tried the troubleshooting page, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it about 10 times, I have tried running it as admin, I even tried copying the folder for animate  on the computer that it was working on and pasting it to my portable laptop, and it still didn’t work. I have looked at so many YouTube videos, and other websites to see what I could do to fix this, and NOTHING HAS WORKED. I really want this to work on my computer, so please help!

That's strange. If you go all the way down, you should be able to see an option to open a chat session, or call us.

I've read somewhere that is related to the latest Animate update. In fact, before the update, it worked fine. After the update, it didn't work anymore

That's strange. I haven't heard of this issue on the latest version of Adobe Animate. If you are on the latest version, and this is happening to you, I suggest contacting Customer Care using this link https://adobe.ly/2mGE8uk
