从官网下载的Adobe Animate CC 2019 中文版，安装之后打开显示的是英文版的界面，查询了安装包内发现有中文语言包，打开语言包之后发现，语言包里内文件是英文的……写的是中文语言包，但实现上是英文语言包，所以用户根本无法使用中文版。Adobe Animate CC

    Install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to:

    1. uninstall in incorrect language version. 

    2. In the cc app settings, change the language to chinese and install animate and any other programs you want to use chinese.

    I did it in your way, but it didn't work. 2019cc 19.1 version still shows English. I want Chinese, how should I do？Thans.
