Please describe in more details, when and how that happens.

I guess when the application closes it had been open in the first place.

when i open adobe animate

i want to make a project ( creat new )

so

when i click ( HTML5 canvas ) on adobe animate

the applecation closed also when i use anything in it

then adobe send me massege to send reopen

What version of ANCC do you have?

Previously there was a problem with the number of fonts you had. If you had too many on your system, it crashed.

Also could you tell us whether you can start an AS3 project or it also crashes?

okay, I assume you are on the Home Screen. There is actually only one place to click HTML5 Canvas. Is it in the Advanced tab where you click it?

Or is it under those other tabs (Social, Game, Education, Ads or Web) where you select HTML5 Canvas from the Platform Type dropdown menu?

Either way, if you haven't tried both cases and it crashed both ways, try the method you haven't done so far. Does the application still close?
