Adobe Animate downloading on wrong drive

I'm trying to download Adobe Animate on my D drive because sadly I don't have room on my C drive and when It's downloading It says my D drive Is full when It Isn't, I need help to fix It and I only have a couple days

you have the cc desktop app and you're using it to install animate, correct?

you changed the install location in the cc app's settings, correct?

you're trying to install into a folder (NOT the root) of the d drive, correct?

if you're not sure of the above, say so because that's almost certainly the problem (and the solution).

I can't get the CC desktop app, I looked It up and It's 20gb and from what I've seen from a majority of the Adobe apps you can't change the download location..

why can't you download and/or install the cc app?

Like I said I don't have enough storage for It, Don't understand why I need a EVEN bigger app to download something on a different drive

the cc app is about 100mb, not 20 gb.  and you can use it to install animate on a non c-drive.

I had about I think over 200MB on my C Drive and It said It was 20GB, Hm I'll try downloading It again? Adobe has glitches like that quite often 

Are you confident It's 100MB?

you can download it wherever you want.  it will install on the c drive.

and clear some c drive space or buy a larger c drive.  eg, how large is your temp folder?

I clear my TEMP before Installing anything, I reinstalled creative cloud and It said my C didn't have enough storage when It has 164MB

you need a larger c drive or you need to clear more space.

I have over 100MB It should work, Kinda done with adobe I'm just gonna find a different drawing program this Is outrageous

Did you go to the creative cloud manager to preferences and choose your D drive?

I can't download CC It's 20gb and you can't change the location either
