Adobe Animate functions are not available

I can't use the tools of type of bones, freeze junctions and so. The program is updated and I can't follow the jellyfish starting tutorial, as I do not have these options available. What can I do?

did you click the three dots at the lower left of your screenshot?

It looks like the toggle controls in your Properties panel are off-screen. Reset your OS zoom to 100% default or reset your workspace and see if either of those help.

Do you recall which of the 2 methods worked for you? I've seen this a couple of times on the forums here.

I could get all the functions making the right panels bigger. It looked like it was too narrow to make all the functions appear. When you put the mouse on the line that separates the panels, you can make it bigger and all the functions appear, as they are on the right.
