Adobe Animate is a wreck

What has happened to Adobe Animate? It has become unusable! I have used Flash before it was Adobe and it worked just fine. But since the HTML Canvas has become the method for web banners, and was rebranded as Animte is has become worse and worse. Here are most common problems I encounter on this particular machine in this job as web animator.

1. Fails to export raster assets

2. Freezes up on export

3. Fails to render preview in browser

4. Fails to display linked images when published online.

there's some problem with your installation because i don't see any of those problems.  you should first check that your computer meets specs, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

There is nothing wrong with the device.

just because the hardware specs you showed are compatible with animate does not mean there's nothing wrong with your device.
