Adobe Animate Rigging Issues

Hi guys! I'm doing a project in Adobe Animate, and I'm having some issues with the rigging. Sometimes parts will just randomly drift and won't stay in the right spot despite the parent layer not moving. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'd really appreciate the help!

The layer parenting system and all other new tools, based on the so-called Advanced Layers are plagued with issues and bugs.

All your body parts have to be symbols for layer parenting to (kind of) work.
