Adobe Animate stage uncentered, unable to fix

Whenever I use Animate, the stage is centered in the upper part of the white, while it should be in the center of the white. I can't use it at a zoom, like I usually do for detailed drawings, and I don't know how to fix this. I am unsure how it happened and updating it to the newer version of Animate didn't fix it. How do I make the stage be centered again?

Your timeline seems to be undocked, mate!

Dock it back or reset your workspace.

Ah, got it!

How do I dock it back? 🙂

Either grab the Timeline by the top horizontal bar and drag it toward the bottom of the screen - you will see a line that lights up which will indicate you can drop and dock it - or you can reset your Workspace from the drop-down at the top right.
