Adobe Animate stopped working

After the crash of Adobe Xd, Animate CC also stopped working. What is happening in ADOBE? Do you advise me or should I turn directly to help support?

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall?

Also what kind of system are you running?

Adobe Animate CC system requirements

Windows

  • Intel Pentium 4 or Intel Centrino, Intel Xeon, or Intel Core Duo (or compatible) processor (2GHz or faster processor)
  • Microsoft Windows 7 (64 bit), Windows 8.1 (64 bit), or Windows 10 (64 bit)
  • 2 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended)
  • 4 GB of available hard-disk space for installation; more free space required during installation (cannot install on removable flash storage devices)
  • 1024x900 display (1280x1024 recommended)
  • Internet connection and registration are necessary for required software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to online services.*

Mac OS

  • Multicore Intel processor
  • Mac OS X v10.11 (64 bit) or v10.12 (64 bit)
  • 2 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended)

Uninstall and install I tried. The problem persists. The software starts running, but disappears at the end. No error.


I have System WIN 10 64x, Pentium 5, NVIDIA Quatro 2000, RAM 16MB, all ok.


The app had worked for me before. On Monday, a bigger WIN update took place. I think there might be a problem.
