adobe animate symbol glitch, disappearing in scene

hi! im using adobe animate for 3-4 years but i see this problem for the first time,i just reseted my pc and installed adobe animate again,but this is new, i never seen this before,when i just duplitace my layers in the folder, and this becoming,also ,when i create merged layers like symbol,and make another layer,then pasting the that i duplitaced symbol,this becoming,and my pictures are transparent png,i just working on this adobe animate glitch in 4-5  weeks but i cant solved this big problem,and btw,when i break apart my bitmaps(layers),some of layers are gone,i mean some of layers are disaappear in my scene,im 15 years old little animator but i cant solved this problem,please,help me, i have no other alternatives to animating my character,im feeling really bad,please help 😞       (and sorry if i have bad English)

Try to express yourself more clearly.

Try to write clear, short, complete sentences.

Start them with a capital letter and end them with a full stop.

You can also try to record a video to demonstrate the problem, or share your FLA for inspection. 

This will increase the chances that someone might be able to help you.

let's start with one of your issues.  are you trying to duplicate a symbol?

are you selecting the symbol in the library panel > right clicking it > clicking duplicate?

why would you place it on stage? typically you edit it so the new symbol is different than the original one.

if you need an exact duplicate, use the same symbol.  duplicating makes sense because you want to change something about the character.

you can also duplicate a symbol that's in a keyframe (and keyframes are in layers), but it's misleading to say you're duplicating a symbol in a layer (unless you're doing something unexpected).

anyway, after duplicating the symbol, you give it a different symbol name, correct?  you then double click the duplicated symbol to inspect it, correct?  and it's then that something is missing?

i mean,when i inspect symbol,there is no problem,all symbols are in own place,and there is no disappearing,but when i go back to scene,so many symbols are disappearing in scene

i mean, when i  inspect symbol, there is no disappearing, but when i go back to scene, symbol's some bitmaps are disappearing and not showing in scene, this happens when i export video too, some bitmaps are not showing in mp4 video file, i dont know how should i solve this glitch, please help 😞 i really need adobe animate

then again the question is, how did that duplicated symbol get into the scene?

or, for testing, what happens if you create a new movieclip and then add the duplicated symbol to that new movieclip?

i tried 1 min ago,i added a new movieclip near layers and puted duplitaced symbol into the movieclip, but there is same problem...

1. create a new movieclip

2. in the next one layer, first kframe, drag your duplicated symbol from the library to that frame.
