Adobe FLASH CS6 Crashing On "Loading UI..."

Hello,
I Have A Problem About Flash CS6 It's Good Software and I Don't Want To Upgrade To Adobe Animate. So,
I Upgraded From Windows 10 Pro To Windows 11 Pro. When I Installed Flash, It Stuck On "Loading UI". Can Anyone Help?

you don't need to do that.
right click the exe > click properties > click compatibility > select compatiblity mode win 10

there is no Windows 10 Compatibility Mode, The Latest Windows Version is Windows 8 There is No Windows 10 Or Windows 8.1

that was the key step to see if you have any cs6 files remaining on your computer after the uninstall. usually, you will have files left behind by the uninstaller and if any are corrupt, you'll have the same problem.
ie, at this point, if you have a problem after your win 7 compat mode install, you'll need to restart the process.
