Adobe FLASH CS6 Crashing On "Loading UI..."

Hello,

I Have A Problem About Flash CS6 It's Good Software and I Don't Want To Upgrade To Adobe Animate. So,

I Upgraded From Windows 10 Pro To Windows 11 Pro. When I Installed Flash, It Stuck On "Loading UI". Can Anyone Help?

no it recognised my CS6 Copy Of Dreamweaver, and Audition CS6 But No flash
