Adobe Staff Please...

Adobe makes it damn difficult to contact them... so I have to go this route. Some chanegs were implemented in the forums and now I have to verify my email in order to login... pretty lame, but whatever. The problem is the email address I used is no longer in existence, so I have no way to verify. What I need is someone from Adobe to change the email address associated to my account...

Can someone please email me about this at:

sorry.  i posted your current email address, mentioned you were having a problem and assumed an admin would contact you.

unfortunately, they responded to my post saying your account is associated with dmennenoh@mgicommunications.com and asking you to login in using that email address and i failed to check for that admin response until just now and i know you can't login using that email address.

anyway, i do have the attention of an admin and i now posted the issue with you no longer having access to that email address.  so, don't give up, yet.


Thanks much! I didn’t even know I had an mgicommunications email on an Adobe account. The account I use(d) is dave@blurredistinction.com<mailto:dave@blurredistinction.com>, that’s my dmen username account. I want that account simply switched to use dmennenoh@gmrmarketing.com<mailto:dmennenoh@gmrmarketing.com>

Anyway, no worries. I’ll just go ahead and make a new account and start over with points. Had to do it before cause of stuff like this, sure I’ll need to do it again too. ☺
