i cannot open my file but after getting help from community ( renaming the file to rar then repaire then remaing again) and that works but,

after renaming the file from rar to fla my movieclips are gone i cannot access them anymore it only shows a white dot where my movievlip was, when i double click on it nothing happens. PLEEEEEAAASEEEE HEELPPPP

in the future (to prevent the loss of significant work/time), start saving your  fla's with an increasing version number appended (eg, for project1, save as project1_v000.fla, project1_v001.fla etc).  periodically close and open the latest version to confirm it's uncorrupted.  you can then delete the earlier versions.

as to your current situation, you're probably out of luck, but you can open AutoRecoverFilenames.txt* and see if there was a saved file and, if so, check the folder location listed.  and you can try unraring your repaired rar and checking if assets are recoverable.
