Animate 2017 crashes in an especific frame or file

Today is been a week since I started to paint some animate files por a final animation. Some of this archives crash all the program when I fill the lines with the bucket tool and this files can't be opened again without crashing all the program and sometimes the system. I already tried ending the program with task manager and restarting the computer. I'm working with an HP, 8 RAM, 900GB of internal memory, windows 10 software. The files normally don't exceed more than 4 layers and 100 frames.

This isn't normal. I run Win 10 and crashes do happen but minimally. Can you upload the FLA somewhere so I can take a look and try to repro the problem on my end?

Of course, tell me where I can upload the archive or if I send it by email or if I can share it to you from the creative cloud. For now, there's only one file that collapses when it's painted.

My Animate CC 2017 justa crashed.

I had a lot of work. But when I opened the file 10 minutes ago, the software just did and autosave and CRASHED. I lost my work.

I need to recover it very urgently.

Could somebody at Adobe please help me?
