Animate CC 2018: Convert fill to line/stroke

Hi all,

Need help from all of you.

Is there a way to covert a fill to a line/stroke in animate cc.

If it is only a single frame, you can use Illustrator. You copy the Animate stage, and paste it into an Illustrator file, the format it generates is a bitmap. You use the image tracing tool, with the outline presset. And the object that it generates, you copy and paste it in Animate, and Et voilá!

Hi,

Line to fill of course can convert.

I mean from fill to line.

Fill to line is NOT possible. Think about that... a fill can be a circle or a square.... or any shape in between... how would that convert to a line? Therefore its not possible.

What you CAN DO is just add a stroke to your fill using the ink bottle tool, then delete the fill.... and you will have an outline of the fill.
