Animate cc. Help. Code drag and drop game ActionScript 3.

Hi Everyone,

I'm newbie. I have a problem with drag and drop game ActionScript 3 is :

I want to write a code, that : drag&drop the action 1, next to drag&drop action 2, next to drag&drop action 3 => finish. When drag&drop all finish -> button finish is showing. But i can't. 

Please help. Thanks!
