Please HELP! I have a deadline and I can't move on because the animate cc program is always not responding.
I bought a new tower and stop my trial and upgrade to pay my monthly and re upload adobe cloud and animate cc, but the problem is still there, Please help me what to do ?

if you didn't use the desktop app to install:
use your control panel to uninstall animate
clean per Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
restart your computer
install the cc desktop app and use it to install your animate.

what's your os?
did you install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription?
where there any errors during installation?

My OS is AMD A10-9700 quad core accelerated processor; 8GB DDR4 system memory;
1TB hard drive (7200 rpm) AMD radeon RX 560 graphics with @GB GDDR5 dedicated video memory;
Windows 10 / NEW
