Animate cc on all devices?

When looking up Animate cc, the website says 'available on all devices'.
So I want to download it on my Ipad pro for working on school projects much easier.

Seems that Animate is not for all devices then bc there is no download for ios.

Or is there and I haven't found it?

any help on this will be very welcome.

Animate is Windows and Mac OS only.

The meaning is that you can create content for all devices - not that you can run Animate on all devices.
