Hello,
I don't know how it happens, I'm trying the trial and I planed to subscribe, but since 2 hours when I use animate, after some minutes the cursor is moving quickly, and the mouse clicks, it stop, and again... And the long text I try to type is now laggy, each caracter take like 80ms to appear.
I uninstalled animate and removed the program files folders, then I removed all "adobe animate" entries in regedit and I reinstalled it, without any change.
Sorry for my english, really need help for my work. I don't think I have any virus, no one is detected by many softwares (malwares byte, adwcleaner, unhackme...) and I never go on shitty websites...
Have you ensured that your graphic drivers are updated by visiting the manufacturer's site?
Thanks,
Preran

finaly I cleaned everything in chrome and the mouse stop to act like a virus,
but the big test I'm editing in animate is still laggy, 200ms lag for each caracter. Wtf, this software can't handle 1000 caracters??

Ok the virus effect comeback. (I cleaned the PC in safe mode, 0 virus, 0 f* cookie...)+
Your adobe animate is a cancer with 500 process, it's laggy as hell, the cursor move alone like a bug or a virus. I come back to flash cs6 and I'll never buy animate.

Does you computer meet the minimum requirements to run Animate CC + Creative Cloud + your operating system? I ask because what you describe sounds like what I might expect from an under powered computer and/or outdated drivers.
