Animate Constantly Crashes and Freezes My PC

I have had this recent issue with Adobe Animate in which I will undo a line still being processed by the program which causes the program to crash and use all of my PC's avaliable memory and freezes it in the process.

 

IFORMATION:

Animate Version: Adobe Animate 19.2.1

OS: Windows 10 (64 bit)

Memory: 4 Gigabytes

what do you mean by memory? If your talking about your RAM that maight be a issue, im no expert but having 4 gigs of RAM is considerd quite low now days.
