Animate Crashing while exporting Sprite Sheets

I've done some animations in Animate for a game that I need to export as sprite sheets. 

Everytime I click export the program crashes. If anyone has any suggestion to what I can do to get these sprite sheets out, I'll be forever thankful.

create a new fla.

copy one of your animations from the crashing fla to the new fla

export a sprite sheet for that one animation

any problems?
