Animate file with parented symbols translates and transforms upon opening the file

Upon opening Animate files, the symbols move and warp out of position (while still connected to their parents). I open up previous save files, which were previously fine, and theyd be messed up too. I can move the symbols back into place, but often times its a waste because they may move again after saving, closing the application, and reopening.
My current job rigs characters through parenting. I've been working at this position for 3 years now, and have only been facing this issue since January 2022. I work with files directly on my internal hard drive, and only relocate or duplicate files onto external and cloud for backing up. I've tried reinstalling the program, and I've tried factory resetting my computer.
Can't post any files or images containing the characters because nondisclosure agreements, sorry.
Any suggestions to help fix this? Any possible reasons this may be happening?
Please let me know, Thank you.

Do the "warped" symbols that are parented contain anything other than vectors drawn in Animate? Such as imported bitmaps? Not sure this would cause it but I'm tossing ideas against the wall that may stick. Have you considered www.flash-powertools.com for your work?

No, the symbols only contains vector lines and shapes. Some of these shots I've animated also dont have any dialogue in them so no MP3s were added. Outside of the symbols, I have Jpgs for the animatic, and either a jpg or png for the background.
I have not installed and tried any extensions yet in Animate

The only thing I can think of, with Layer Parenting, make sure your parenting is consistent across ALL keyframes.
1. Open the Layer Parenting section in the timeline.
2. Go to frame 1.
3. Go to the next keyframe(s) in your timeline.
4. Look for ANY changes in the Layer Parenting section.
5. Keep scrolling to each keyframe and make sure ALL layer parenting is the same throughout your animation timeline.
