Hello,
I have a big problem, when exporting a file video, after the encoder had done his djob, while opening the new mp4 file, i have no sound at all. I'm on the trial version, is it because of that?

That has been a problem in the past that I thought was fixed, but maybe it hasn't. You ought to be using AS3 FLA for animating to export to video, assuming you are, the problem that came up before is that if you have Stream sync audio that starts in frame 1, it can end up being silent. Try moving the start of the sound to frame 2.

Nope, definitely not because of that. The trial version comes with all features of the purchased version. The issue is specific to your computer. Can you try reproducing this issue with another sound file in your project?

Thank you for this great workaround. Running Animate 24.0.7 (latest) and the bug does still excist. For me the first audio clip was not exporting because it was indeed initiated on frame1. Moving it to frame2 fixed the problem. Adobe... It is time to fix this issue, we are v24...

adobe doing anything helpful with animate seems less and less likely since their failure to announce a v25 version months ago.
