Animate not exporting to video

I just started using Animate and I have the newest versions of all programs (2022) I try to export my fla to mp4 but it is not working. I'm currently using a Mac

The first time that macOS needs to open Adobe Media Encoder there may be security issues. You could try opening it yourself, and confirm any messages that you see. Then after it is open try your export again.

I agree with Colin here. Mac OS forces you to allow or disallow permissions in your system preferences. You should be seeing a popup window telling you this with instructions on how to proceed. But basically my screenshot will help...
